1. What the App Does

Hasat Defteri is a free app that lets you keep agricultural expense, income, harvest and storage records on your own device. It is not accounting software or an official ledger; you remain responsible for the compliance of your records with tax legislation.

2. Your Data Is Your Responsibility

All your data is stored only on your device; we hold no copy. We are not responsible for data lost through device loss or failure, uninstalling the app, or user error.

We strongly recommend taking regular backups via Settings › Create backup.

3. Calculations and Accuracy

The totals, cost per donum, yield and profit-and-loss figures the app produces are based on the data you enter and are for information only. They do not constitute financial, legal or agricultural advice. Verify the numbers yourself before making important decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use the app in any way that breaks applicable law,
• not to reverse-engineer the app or distribute modified versions of it,
• and not to republish the app or its content commercially without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Rights in the app's name, logo, interface design and source code are reserved. The data you enter into the app belongs entirely to you; we claim no rights over it.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided "as is". No guarantee is given that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to change the app and these terms. Material changes will be published on this page. You may stop using the app at any time by removing it from your phone.
