Data Deletion

Hasat Defteri has no user accounts, and your data is never stored on our servers. There is therefore no account to delete and nothing to request from us — you are fully in control.
Why there is no account to delete
The app has no sign-in, registration or account creation. Because none of your data is sent to a server, we hold no record of you. All your data lives only on your own phone, and you perform the deletion yourself.
How to delete your data
Hasat Defteri › Settings › My data › Delete all records. Fields, plantings, expenses, income, harvests and stock movements are permanently erased. Your category, crop and storage lists are kept, so your setup survives if you want to start fresh.
Removing Hasat Defteri from your phone deletes all app data from the device, including the database and any receipt photos you added. Nothing is left behind.
Both actions are irreversible. We recommend exporting your data via Settings › Create backup before deleting.

- Field, season and planting records
- Expense and income records
- Harvest records and yield history
- Storage and stock movements
- Receipt and invoice photos you added
Data we retain
None. We hold no records about you on any server, so there is nothing for us to delete.
