Hasat Defteri is an app for farmers to track expenses, harvests and storage. It collects no personal data, sends nothing to a server, and shares nothing with third parties.
Summary
Hasat Defteri collects no data from you. You are never asked to create an account, and we never ask for an email address or phone number. The app has no feature that uses an internet connection. Everything you enter stays on your own phone, and we cannot see it.
1. Data We Collect
None. The app sends no data to our servers or anywhere else — it has no feature that connects to a server at all.
- No account data — there is no sign-in or registration in the app.
- No location data.
- No usage statistics, analytics or crash reports.
- No advertising identifier is read.
2. Where Your Data Is Stored
The records you create in the app — fields, seasons, plantings, expenses, income, harvests, stock movements and receipt photos — are kept in a database in your phone's own storage. This data never leaves your device.
Because your data lives only on your device, it cannot be recovered if you lose your phone or uninstall the app. We recommend taking backups regularly.
3. Permissions and Why They Are Requested
Requested so you can attach a receipt or invoice photo to an expense record. Only the photo you pick is read; your library is never scanned or listed.

Photos you select or capture are copied into the app's own folder and stay there; they are not uploaded anywhere. Both permissions are optional — if you decline them, every feature except receipt photos keeps working.
4. Third-Party Services
The app contains no advertising network, analytics, crash reporting, location tracking, payment provider or social media component. No external service processes your data.
5. Control Over Your Data
- Backup — Settings › Create backup exports all your data as a JSON file. You decide where to save it; we never receive a copy.
- Export — Reports can be shared as PDF or Excel (CSV).
- Deletion — Settings › Delete all records permanently erases your data. Uninstalling the app also deletes everything.
6. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children. Since it collects no personal data at all, it collects none from children either.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated text will be published on this page and the date above will be revised. If a feature requiring data transmission (such as cloud backup) is ever added, this policy will be updated before that feature ships.
