Terms of Use

1. About the App

Tarmep is a mobile farming app that combines features such as weather, market and grain prices, agricultural news, accounting tracking, plant health analysis, a task scheduler, and an AI-powered farming assistant. Some features are free, while others require a Premium subscription or are subject to daily limits in free use.

2. Account and User Responsibility

• You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your sign-in credentials with third parties.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account.
• If you notice unauthorized use of your account, immediately notify destek@tarmep.co.

3. Premium Subscription

• Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically and your Google Play account is charged unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play > Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
• If a free trial is offered, the subscription automatically converts to a paid period unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Subscription prices may change; price changes do not apply until the end of your current subscription period.

4. Ads and Usage Limits

• The free version displays third-party ads; Premium subscribers do not see ads.
• Some features, such as AI chat and plant health analysis, are subject to daily limits in free use. Additional usage may be earned by watching rewarded ads.
• Limits, ad frequency, and free allowances may change without prior notice.

5. AI Assistant and Plant Health Analysis

TarmepAI and plant health analysis are assistive tools powered by Google Gemini infrastructure.

• AI responses and analysis results are for informational purposes only; they do not constitute official agricultural consulting, veterinary, or legal advice.
• Always seek expert opinion for critical farming decisions (spraying, fertilization, planting plans, etc.).
• Tarmep cannot be held liable for damages arising from AI responses or analysis results.

6. Price and Weather Information

• Market and grain prices are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time market data.
• Weather data is obtained from third-party sources; accuracy is not guaranteed.
• Users bear responsibility for commercial decisions made based on this information.

7. Accounting Data

• You are responsible for keeping your field and accounting records accurate.
• These records are stored only on your device; backing up your data when changing devices or uninstalling the app is your responsibility.
• Tarmep is not accounting software; use authorized accounting systems for your official financial record-keeping obligations.

8. Unacceptable Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Using the app for illegal purposes
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems
• Accessing other users' data without permission
• Using the app for reverse engineering or copying
• Bulk data extraction with automated tools (scraping)
• Attempting to bypass ads or usage limits through technical means

9. Intellectual Property

The Tarmep app, its design, logo, and content belong to Tarmep unless stated otherwise. User-generated data (field records, accounting data) belongs to the user.

10. Service Continuity

Tarmep gives notice that occasional service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. It cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tarmep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid, if any, in the last 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

When these terms are updated, you will be notified within the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
